 "BLACK DIAMOND, Wash. - A man who died Saturday after his raft overturned on the Green River has been identified as Everett City Councilman Drew Nielsen.
A family member told KOMO News that Nielsen's loved ones are grieving his death and would not have a public statement at this time."
