"The winner of the 2011 Prague Spring International Music Competition for trombone will soon perform at Rudolfinum supported by two talented young pianists, giving audiences a chance to hear some of the brightest upcoming stars of Czech classical music.
Trombonist Lukáš Moťka and two pianists, Veronika Žochová and Martin Levický, will offer a performance of Zygmunt Stojowsky's Fantazja, Robert Simon's Fantasia, J.F. Michael's Homage to Jean Tinguely for Solo Trombone, Camille Saint-Saens' Cavatine and Keiko Takashima's Lullaby for Itsuki, a varied program that will show off Moťka's solo skills as well as his ability to perform with piano."
