Turns out he has a bit of a knack for it.
Griffiths, owner of the British-themed Farmers Gastropub in downtown Springfield, said he was thrilled to learn his place was named the best U.K restaurant in the world (outside the U.K.) for 2012 by the British newspaper The Telegraph.
