"Mathew and Tina Knowles' on again-off again divorce dragged on for two years, but it's now legally kaput, done, over ... final.
The final decree of divorce was issued last month in a Texas court, and according to documents -- obtained by TMZ -- Beyonce's mom refiled on August 30. Tina's first swing at the divorce was in November 2009 ... but the matter was dropped in 2010 when they were both no-shows for court.
In the docs, Tina says the marriage was "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities" ... which "prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
The papers make no specific mention of Mathew getting slapped with a paternity suit back in 2009 -- but the original divorce filing did come one month after that went down. "

GREATER KASHMIR - AFTER 9 YEARS US FORCES QUIT IRAQ Lastupdate, Dec 19, 2011

"Iraq-Kuwait Border (Kuwait), Dec 18: The last US forces left Iraq and entered Kuwait today, nearly nine years after launching a divisive war to oust Saddam Hussein, and just as the oil-rich country grapples with renewed political deadlock.
The last of roughly 110 vehicles carrying 500-odd troops mostly belonging to the 3rd Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, crossed the border at 1008 IST, leaving just a couple of hundred soldiers at the US embassy, in a country where there were once nearly 170,000 troops on 505 bases.
It ends a war that left tens of thousands of Iraqis and nearly 4,500 American soldiers dead, many more wounded, and 1.75 million Iraqis displaced, after the US-led invasion unleashed brutal sectarian killing.
"It feels good, it feels real good" to be out of Iraq, Sergeant Duane Austin told AFP after getting out of his vehicle in Kuwait."

MAIL Online - Kim Jong Il dead: North Korea leader dies after heart attack at 69, Dec 19, 2011

Dead: Kim Jong Il, who became North Korea's leader in 1994, was 69 years old
"North Koreans are in mourning - with many of them breaking down in tears on the streets - after the death of their diminutive dictator.
Kim Jong Il, 69, died while on a train of a 'heart ailment' on Saturday - due to a 'great mental and physical strain' during a 'high intensity field inspection.'
The news has prompted South Korea and Japan to put their militaries on 'high alert' - with the U.S. saying it could postpone decisions on re-engaging North Korea in nuclear talks and providing it with food aid.
Observers also fear a behind-the-scenes power struggle, or nuclear instability, between the country's military and politicians - despite the announcement his third son Kim Jong Un is to be his successor."
