High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo said he will deliver his judgment at 2.15pm tomorrow.
Justice Temo said the deferment is due to a bomb threat that disturbed the operations of the courts this morning.
Meanwhile all three assessors have given their unanimous not guilty verdict to Justice Temo after the summing up yesterday."
